Hello Sunshines,

My name is Hadas Mazursky, I'm a yoga teacher and fitness instructor. I was born in California and raised by the Mediterranean sea, in a small town in Israel.

My HADASANA state of mind is all about the connection of body and mind, that keeps me with positive energy.

​

The name HADASANA embodies the story about me and my way of life- Hadas and Asana. Hadas means in Hebrew myrtle (also fairy in Spanish), and Asana means a yoga posture. this combination of words embody my story, that I'm sharing with you here.

The sunshine in me honors the sunshine in you.
