Panama

The fantasy of the ocean lovers.

San Blas Islands

Let me use your imagination: imagine an island. There are lots of palm trees surrounded by crystal blue water?

yes, This is San Blas Islands.

San Blas Islands are a group of small islands in the Caribbean Ocean.

During all the stay in San Blas, I felt like I'm traveling in my dreams. You Can't get enough from this breathtaking views.

Simple as you imagine the island life, so the staying in San Blas Islands.

There is no electricity, no wifi, no shopping. Just you, the ocean and lots of coconuts.

You are awaken by the sounds of a conch shell, which is also a sign that the meals are ready and it's time to go to eat with the other island guests.

San Blas is real tropical adventure.

Playa Venao

From the Caribbean to the Pacific- Straight to the small magical beach called Playa Venao. Surrounded by the jungle and nothing else, you can find a magical beach.

When I just arrived to Venao, I could feel the magic in the air. It's all about this strip of beach and nothing else.

Venao is an amazing surf spot all year long- The water are warm and the waves are long, good for pros and beginners. A real surfer's paradise.

One of the symbolic icons of Venao is Selina- known as a home for a digital nomads. There you can find everything and more: hospitality, yoga classes, surf school, delicious food and awesome sunset parties. Good Vibes means Selina Playa Venao.

If you want to explore the area, you can ride a horse or rent an ATV and explore the jungle or seek for a secret beaches.

Surf, eat, yoga, repeat- This is what a day in Venao is all about.

The magic in Venao is definitely the simplicity of the place that makes you enjoy the simple things in life. I could stay forever.

Best restaurants: Selina, El Sitio, Coleos.

Bocas Del Toro

Here we go back to the Caribbean!

Bocas Del Toro is another group of islands, but more habitat than San Blas. The main Island in Bocas is Isla Colon, known as a party island. But, if you will take a five minutes boat to Red Frog island, you will find the extremely opposite of it.

Isla Colon

The party island (and the main one). To explore the islands you need to visit first Isla Colon, from there you can explore wherever you wish.

Isla Colon is very colorful, full of young travelers. All the places are hovering above the sea. You can jump to a small boat and go to a pick point surf, or to a floating restaurant.

Red Frog

The wild and chill island. Red Frog island is a real jungle, surrounded by the Caribbean sea. Just amazing as that. No stores, no cars, just you, the jungle and the sea. And few wild animals.

Walking through the jungle to the beach it's a very excited experience. The beach is endless and there are few good surf spots.

This endless wild nature is the best inspiration to connect to pacha mama and practice yoga.

Red Frog is a real wild life adventure.

Blue Coconut Restaurant

Almost like an island, this restaurant located in the middle of the sea, hovering above the water. Accept of food and drinks, you can rent snorkling gear and just hanging in this amazing place all day long. Only five minuets by boat and you are in heaven.

Isla Zapatilla

Or, Paradise. This island left me speechless. an endless crystal blue water, calm and warm, so you can really feel like a mermaid and stay in the water forever.

On the way to the island you will hopefully see a hundreds of starfish, and if you are really lucky you may see dolphins too!

Panama City

In between traveling the beaches all across Panama, you will probably spend some time in the city. So here are few urban recommendations.

Selina Casco Viejo- The home for nomads. This is the best place to lend in. Selina is definetly a home with anything you need: good food, yoga classes, and the best travelers company.

Mahalo Cafe- Hawaiian restaurant with tropical vibes in the city.

Fresh and delicious good, lots of good vibes.

So, how can I summarise such a dreamy experience? Panama was beyond I could expect, full of magical moments.

Te amo Panama, hope to see you soon ☼
