Winter Bowl

Also in winter time, it's all about keeping summer state of mind. It might be cold outside, but you can keep it warm with this winter bowl.


Smoothie bowls make our life colourful, energised and healthy. But during winter time, I'm looking for something warmer to get nourished. Oatmeal is the best to replace the smoothie bowl at this time of the year: Still easy, colourful and healthy but warm.


The benefits of oatmeal

- Gluten free

- Vegan Friendly

- Easy to make and to carry on while traveling

What we need

For the oatmeal base:

- Milk (almond / coconut / rice or any other kind of milk)

- Rolled oat


Extras:

- Chia seeds

- Cinnamon

- Fresh / Frozen / Dried fruits


How we do it

My favorite oatmeal recipe:

- 2 cups rice milk

- 1 cup rolled oat

- 1 spn cinnamon


On top:

- Blueberries mix

- Chia seeds

- Coconut Flakes


Boil the base ingredients until it gets thicker. Choose your summer bowl and play with all the colourful toppings!
